The WTC Events Center includes the Sheraton São Paulo hotel within its complex. However, if you prefer other accommodation options, there are several available in the surrounding area. If you are interested in staying at the Sheraton (5 stars), WTC offers a special rate for RE/MAX members, subject to availability.
The Sheraton accommodation period is from May 7th to May 11th.
The daily rate for the Sheraton accommodation in the Classic Single King or Twin category is R$1,000 NET, plus 5% ISS (Service Tax), and optionally R$13.30 tourist tax.
For double rooms, there is an additional charge of R$100.00 plus 5% ISS.

Yes, the event site at the WTC Events Center offers dining options for lunch. It is located within the same complex as Shopping D&D, where attendees can access the food court with several restaurant options. Additionally, the WTC is situated in an area with other restaurants on the street, providing even more choices for lunchtime dining.
Participation in the event is open to individuals who are associated with RE/MAX at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the event. This includes brokers, interns, franchisees, team members, and regional offices. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the cancellation of tickets.
Registration for the event includes 1 (one) ticket that grants access to all 3 (three) days of the event, including the Night of the Stars and the Closing Party.
No. Admission is nominal and only the accredited participant will be able to use the credential.
No, it is not possible to participate in only 1 day of the event and then transfer your credential to someone else. Admission is nominal, meaning that only the individual who is accredited and registered for the event will be permitted to use the credential. Transferring credentials to another individual is not allowed.
The convention registration prices for individual tickets are as follows:
Lot 1: From January 29th to February 15th – R$1,600.00
Lot 2: From February 16th to March 18th – R$1,900.00
Lot 3: From March 19th to April 23rd – R$2,200.00
Group tickets are available for purchase starting from a minimum of 5 units.
Lot 1: From January 29th to February 15th – R$1,400.00 per unit.
Lot 2: From February 16th to March 18th – R$1,600.00 per unit.
Lot 3: From March 19th to April 23rd – R$1,900.00 per unit.
Additionally, group purchases can be made starting from batch 2 onwards with a minimum of 5 participants per group. There is no longer a requirement for group sizes to be multiples of 5. Group purchases must be made using just 1 credit card.
The forms of payment accepted for registration are PIX or Credit Card. It’s important to note that it’s not possible to split the payment between multiple methods. Additionally, payments made in installments will incur interest, which will be charged by the event platform. For group purchases, only one credit card or one PIX payment method can be used.
